ABOUT US
We are Sally and Gary, breeders of the beautiful Norwegian Forest Cat. We live in a village in Northamptonshire with our 4 children, 4 Norwegian Forest Cats, 4 moggies,1 gerbil an 1 cocker spaniel. We have always been cat lovers, have had the pleasure of owning cat's for years and felt that now is the right time for us to begin breeding. We became interested in Norwegian Forest Cats a few years ago and decided that this was definitely the breed of cat for us. Not only are they beautiful to look at, they have the most fantastic, friendly and outgoing personalities.
In the early part of 2006, we started looking for our 1st breeding girl and we found the most beautiful cats, owned by Tracy and Colin at Norsvana Norwegian Forest Cats. They were stunning and we were hooked!!
We brought home Otter and Astryd in December 2007 and then Dagny in August 2008, so we have a gorgeous neuter boy and 2 beautiful queens. In October 2009, we had our 1st litter and kept our odd eyed white boy, Pinky.
We will not be showing much, due to the commitment of a young family but we also feel that our cats are first and foremost pets, and will always be treated that way.
We don't intend to ever become 'big' in the breeding world, we just hope to enjoy the patter of tiny paws occasionally by breeding happy, healthy kittens. Breeding from Astryd and Dagny will just be an added bonus.
We have made 2 good friends as well as discovering the gorgeous Norwegian Forest Cat. Thanks Tracy and Colin.
