Astryd is our foundation breeding girl and we waited for what felt like an eternity for this little lady to be born. To be the only female in a litter of six and to be the colour and pattern that we had hoped for, it seemed like fate had lent a helping hand.
We visited Astryd regularly from the time she was born, the first time when she was only 4 days old. Every time we went to see her, she just got more and more beautiful. She is girly and feminine but can definitely handle herself when play fighting with her brother.
Astryd is a very special little lady. We feel especially fortunate to have such a beautiful foundation queen with such a fantastic pedigree. She is a really cuddly little purr box, everything we could have wished for. Astryd had her first litter of kittens on 19th October 2008 and proved to be a very attentive, loving mother.
