This is Dagny (Day-nee), from Tracy and Colin. We weren't going to buy another breeding girl, we were actually going to wait and then keep a daughter from Astryd. All the best laid plans...
Dagny was the 1st born in a litter of two but very sadly her sister died at two days old as she had an inoperable cleft palate. Within days of her being born, it was decided between Tracy and Colin and ourselves, that Dagny would join us at Skogenengel. She has Norsvana's breeding cats throughout her pedigree, making her very special to them and she is of course, very special to us already. By coming to us and joining Otter and Astryd, we are 'keeping her in the family' ;-)
We visited Dagny for the first time, when she was just 6 Days old and what a lovely, chunky little girl she was!! Having Mum to herself has certainly not done her any harm.
As with Astryd, Dagny is to be our pet first and foremost and to if we are able to breed from her when the time is right, it is just an added extra.
Dagny joined us on August 23rd and settled in as if she had been here forever. She is not at all bothered about the other cats, she just runs about like a mini tornado.
As you can see from Dagny's pedigree name, Tracy and Colin have added our own prefix alongside theirs. This is a lovely gesture and really means a lot to us. Thank you, see you soon. X X X
We have decided not to breed from Dagny. She will be another pampered pet.
